We cut the cord a long time ago and pay for a few subscriptions to things like Netflix and Paramount Plus, but lacked something that felt local. We don’t mean local news, but local events, happenings and stories that give us a more positive outlook on our community. Also, as a small business owner, having our service included in the selection of Premium Perks, has been awesome. We didn’t have money for marketing and were reluctant to risk the small amount we DID have on uncertain campaigns that had no guaranteed results. So getting free advertising in exchange for an offer to those willing to come into our shop, was to good to refuse. We’ve noticed that we are getting a lot more foot traffic, which means a lot more cash in the door!
